Born Genevieve Ukatu Edwin on February 7, 1996 to parents Mr and Mrs Ukatu. She is originally from Nnewi, Ananmbra State, south easterm part of Nigeria. She is the last child of the family, she has 8 siblings; 7 brothers and 1 sister. She is studying medicine at the University of Lagos.
Career
Genevieve Edwin began her career as a model in 2022 where she emerged Miss Anambra State. She also emerged second runner up at the Most Beautiful Girl in Nigeria 2022. She represented Nigeria at the 14th edition of Miss Supranational World pageant on July 14, 2023.
She delved into acting with her debut role in the movie Ifea (Sight), a self produced. She came to the limelight for her role in the movie “I Will Wait for You” alongside Chike Dike, and produced by Ruth Kadiri.
