She originally hails from Owerri, Imo State, south eastern part of Nigeria.
She obtained a bachelors degree in Economics at the University of Nigeria, Nsukka.

Career
Calista Okoronkwo started her acting career in 2005.
She got her first role in the movie “Too Late, to claim” where she starred alongside the likes of Ini Edo, Mike Ezuruonye and Benedict Johnson.
She took a break from acting to focus on her education and came back in 2012 where she got her first major role in the movie “College Girls”.
Calista came to limelight for her role as ‘Nurse Titi’ in he TV series “Clinic Matters”.
She has starred in over 60 movies which include: God Of Shiloh, Azonto Babes, Super Models, Helpless Sisters, Bloodline, Secondary School girls, Another Man’s Wife and so on.
She has worked with top actors which include the likes of Mercy Johnson, Frederick Leonard, Jackie Appiah, Kalsoume Sinare, Solomon Akiyesi, Martha Ankomah.
Aside acting, the beautiful actress is also the CEO of Ushers Afrique, a ushering company that provides Ushers for events in Lagos, Abuja and Imo.
