She is the fourth child in a family of Seven and had her primary education in Calabar.
After a father, a naval officer was transferred to Lagos, she continued her education at a Nigerian Navy primary school. She also attended a River state secondary school for her secondary education.
Career
Mercy Johnson launched her career with her first movie role in “The Maid”.
She came to prominence and started engaging in more roles in movies such as Baby Oku in America, Hustlers, War in Palace and so on.
Apart from acting, she’s a Senior Special Assistant (SSA) to the Kogi state governor on entertainment, Arts and culture.
She got married to her husband, Prince Odianosen Okojie in 2011 and their union is blessed with 3 children.
