Khaid was born Sulaimon Shekoni Abiola on December 10, 2004, in Lagos State, Nigeria. He was born and raised in Ojo part of Lagos State. He is from the Yoruba tribebto be precise. He also grew up with his seven other siblings.
Career
Khaid developed passion for music at abvery tender age. He came through at the age of 13 with his afro-fusion style of music and began dishing out freestyles while also performing on the streets of Ojo, Lagos State.
He came to the limelight in January 2022 after being signed under Neville Record Label, a label owned by Sydney Talker.
He released his first single under the Neville Records imprint titled “With You” on January 20, 2022. He came through with his debut album “Diversity” in May 2022. The album comprises of six tracks.
Khaid became known for his hit song “Jolie” which follows through with a captivating visual.
