Oluwakemi Adetoro Ojo popularly known as Kemi Akorede is an award winning Nigerian actress, movie producer and MC from Supari, Akoko part of Ondo State.
Kemi is the second to the last child in her family.
She was born and raised in Agege part of Lagos state where she attended School 2 Oyewole primary school and State High School in Oyewole, Agege for her primary and secondary education respectively.
She then proceeded to school of nursing in Ilishan, Ijebu Ode.
She is quite beautiful and often known with her energetic roles in movies.
Career
Kemi Korede started acting while in secondary school and came through professionally in 2006 with her first role in the movie “Omobewaji” starring the likes of Funke Akindele, Olaiya Igwe, Rykardo Agbor and so on.
Kemi rose to fame with her exciting role in the movie “Ile Olorgun” where she played the daughter of Olumide Bakare and Yetunde Wunmi. She also acted alongside the likes of Laide Bakare and the veteran actress, Peju Ogunmola.
Kemi has starred in more 20 movies such as; Abo Oja, Omo Aye, Satans Bride, Ignorance and many others.

She started producing movie in 2006 and the first movie produced is titled “Current Alhaja”. She has produced more than 10 movies which include the likes of Aboja, Afibi Solore, Arekereke, Ojo Iyi and so on.

Personal Life
Kemi Korede is happily married with children.
Reports have it that she converted to Islam after she followed Lizz Anjorin to Hajj in 2013.
