Steffany Gretzinger was born November 8, 1984 in Oskaloosa, Iowa, United States, to parents, Ronald Alan Frizell and Kathryn Holmes Frizell. Her mother Kathy Frizell is involved in the Christian music industry in Nashville, Tennessee, as a writer.
Career
Gretzinger was raised in a musical household and has been involved in the ministry ever since she was a child. She joined the Bethel School of Supernatural Ministry in 2008 and was a worship leader at Bethel Church.
Gretzinger was involved in three of Bethel Music’s releases before she came through with her solo album, Undoing, in 2014.
She followed up with featuring on two Bethel Music albums, You Make Me Brave in 2014 and Have It All in 2016.
She released her second studio album, Blackout, on March 29, 2018. She followed up with a feature on Francesca Battistelli’s 2019 song “Defender”.
Gretzinger released her third album, Forever Amen, with Provident Music Group, in 2020.
