Nat Wolff whose real name is Nathaniel Marvin Wolff, is an award winning American actor and musician who came to prominence for composing the song for the Naked Brothers Band (2007 – 2009), a Nickelodeon TV series she featured in with his younger brother, Alex, and created by their mother, Polly Draper. He starred alongside his brother in the 2018 film Stella’s Last Weekend as also written and directed by their mother.

He is also a talented singer with multiple genres of music from Pop to Rock and Indie. He can play musical instruments such as Keyboard and Guitar. Him and his brother also formed a music duo, Nat & Alex Wolff, and released the album “Black Sheep” in 2011.

Nat Wolff was born on December 17, 1994 in Los Angeles, California, United States.

His father, Michael Wolff, is a Jazz pianist who coproduced the series soundtrack albums, The Naked Brothers band (2007) and i don’t want to go to school (2008) while his mother, Dolly Draper is an actress. He has a younger brother named Alex Wolff, who is also an actor and singer.

He is a nephew of venture capitalist, Timothy C. Draper and cousin to actress Jesse Draper.

Career

Nat Wolff had started writing songs at a tender age of five. He started acting with a minor role in his mother’s play Getting Into Heaven in 2003 and in the Off-Broadway production of Heartbeat to Baghdad in 2004.

He came to limelight at the age of nine for featuring in and contributing his vocals for the 2005 musical comedy film, The Naked Brothers Band: The Movie, as written and directed by his mother.

Wolff appeared in the Nickelodeon television film special, Mr. Troop Mom (2009), the romantic comedy New Year’s Eve (2011) and the independent comedy drama Peace, Love & Misunderstanding (2011).

He also co-starred in the comedy film Admission (2013), Palo Alto (2013) and the comedy film Behaving Badly (2014).

He had a supporting role in the drama film The Fault in Our Stars in 2014 and followed up with a feature in Paper Towns in 2015.

Wolff featured in the Netflix film Death Note and the romantic comedy Home Again in 2017. He starred in the independent thriller, Rosy im 2018 and followed up with a role in the drama, Stella’s last weekend as directed by his mother.

He also featured in Good Posture and Mortal in 2019 and 2020 respectively.
