Laila Ijeoma Uzochinyere Obiagwu well known as Laila Ijeoma, is an award winning Nigerian entertainment blogger born on August 12, 1984.
Laila is known as the CEO and founder of Lailasnews formerly known as Lailas blog, an entertainment platform that reports trending Nigerian news.
She was born and raised in Abia State as the first child of her parents.
She attended Ninlan Demonstration Secondary School, Aba and Abia State Senior Science School Ihie for her secondary education.
She also obtained a bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering at the Federal University of Technology, Owerri, Imo State.
She launched her website Lailasblog in January 2013 and was rebranded to Lailasnews in January 2018.
Ijeoma was listed in 2016 among the 100 Most Influential Nigerian Writers under 40.
She is smart, intelligent and highly focused which has remained her selling point to greater heights just like the millionaire blogger, Linda Ikeji.
Career
Laila Ijoma started blogging as fun in 2012 but her passion for it had kept her successful.

Laila Ijeoma got married to her husband on November 15, 2008 in Lagos State and their union is blessed with with three 3 sons.

Laila Ijeoma has won numerous awards such as; Most Promising Social Media Personality of the Year at Pan African Humanitarian Award in Dubai (2016), 2017 Entertainment Blogger of the Year Award at the Nigerian Writers Awards (2017).
She also got nominated for Best Entertainment Blog in the Nigerian Blog Awards., Best Blogger at the 2014 Exquisite Lady of the Year (2014).
