Kel P Vibes whose real name is Peter Kelvin is a professional Nigerian music producer born in Lagos.
Kel P Vibes is a talented and versatile music producer whose music genres cuts across afrobeat, reggae, afro-pop and so on.
The 25 year old star has been one of the most sought after Nigerian music producer after emerging with one of the most successful single by Burna Boy titled “Gbona”.
His production prowess is certainly top notch with diverse music sounds.
Career
Kel P Vibes draws inspiration from his native roots through Fela Kuti while infusing western sounds with his signature guitar chords and drum patterns.
He started gathering fame after producing the Nigerian pop star, Solidstar’s “Eleganza” in 2017, his very first major production while being signed under Aristokrat Records.
His passion for music had led him to meet with the Nigerian producer Sarz in 2016, whom he stayed with for eight months before getting his feet in 2017.
He finally came to limelight after producing Burna Boy’s hit single “Gbona“. This had groomed him ahead for the future.
He produced 10 songs on Burna Boy’s “African Giant” album including singles such as; Gbona, On the low, Dangote, Pull Up, Another Story and so on.
He has worked with other top artistes in Nigeria which include the likes of Wizkid, Davido, Niniola and others.
And now, Kel P is having his eyes firmly fixed at the international market while trying to spread his wings across the Nigerian border.
