Early Life
Born Cyril Ngonge on May 26, 2000 in Uccle, Belgium. His father, Michel Ngonge was a professional footballer who represented the national of Democratic Republic of Congo and also played for Watford F.C.
Career
Ngonge began his career at the youth level with Anderlecht and went through the youth academy of Club Brugge. He made his senior debut for Club Brugge in a match against Standard Leige where he came on as a substitute for Emmanuel Dennis, on December 2, 2018.
He went on loan to Jong PSV for the 2019-20 season. After he returned from loan, he was sold to the Dutch club RKC Waalwijk. He scored his first goal for the club in a 2-2 draw against Feyenoord.
He joined the Italian club Hellas Verona on January 19, 3023 and was later sold to Napoli in January 2024 for a transfer fee of €18 m fixed plus add-ons.
