Early Life
Born Tendai Passion Ndoro on May 15, 1988 in Luveve, Bulawayo, Zimbabwe. His parents are Silas Ndoro and Christina Ndoro. He has a twin brother named Takudzwa Ndoro, who is also a football player.
Career
Ndoro began his football career with Chicken Inn of Zimbabwe in 2011. He moved to the South African club Black Aces two years later and immediately returned to Chicken on loan for the rest of the 2013 season.
He joined Black Aces officially in 2014 where he made 41 appearances and scored 14 goals over two seasons. He left Black Aces in 2015 and joined Orlando Pirates.
He appeared for three clubs during 2017-18 season, which are; Orlando Pirates, Al Faisaly, and Ajax Capetown.
He signed for Highland Parks in 2018 and after joined Al-Orouba on December 27, 2019. Henplayed for the club for less than a season before the club went bankrupt and closed. Due to this, Ndoro was closed to a mental breakdown until August 2022 where he revealed that he was ready to continue his football career.

Tendai Ndoro was married to Thandekile Grace Maseko popularly known as Thando Maseko. According to reports, Ndoro was kicked out of a Kyalami home he shared with his wife after a heated argument, along with claims of domestic violence. It was said that she took some of his properties including his cars.
However, Ndoro was able to find love again as began a relationship with the Zimbabwean beauty Rumbidzai Mazvese, and their union is blessed with a son named Mukundi Zayn.
