Career
Fagioli started his football career at the youth level with Piacenza in 2008 and went through the youth ranks of Cremonese and Juventus.
He made his debut for Juventus under-23 in a 4-0 defeat against Carrarese on September 24, 2018. He scored his first goal for them in a 1-1 draw against Lecco.
He made his debut for the first team in a 4-0 Coppa Italia victory against SPA on January 27, 2021. He made his Serie A debut in a 3-0 victory againat Crotone on February 22, 2021, where he came on as a substitute for Rodrigo Bentancur at the 69th minute.
He went on a one-year loan to Serie B side Cremonese on August 31, 2021, and amee his debut in a 2-0 victory against Cittadella on September 12. He scored his first goal for the club 7 days later, in a match against Parma.
