Born Margot Elise Robbie on July 2, 1990, in Dalby, Queensland to parents, Doug Robie, a former farm owner and sugarcane tycoon, and Sarie Kessler, a physiotherapist. She has three siblings; Anya, Lachlan and a younger brother Cameron. She and siblings were raised by their single mother as her parents separated when she was five.
