Early Life
Born Koffi Ayinde Idowu Nuel on March 11, 1977, in Lagos, Nigeria. He hails from Ibeju Lekki area of Lagos State. His father is from Lagos and his mother is from Togo, hence the reason he can speak Togolese language which is Ewe.
He had his elementary education in Lagos and proceeded to Molusi College in Ijebu Igbo, Ogun State for his secondary education. He obtained a degree in Chemistry at the University of Lagos.
Career
Koffi began as a Comedian at the University before delving into music. He joined Theatre 15 in 1998 and trained as a stage actor.
He came to the limelight with a feature on the hit comedy campus sitcom “Twilight Zone” whi h was fondly called “Shake Body”.
He auditioned for the popular Nigerian comedy event “Night of a thousand laughs” in 2003.
He has released lots of comedy videos which include; “Koffi Live in Canada”, “Koffi Live in London”, “Koffi Live in LA”.
As an actor, he starred in the 2019 Nigerian crime thriller film “Seven” featuring the likes of Bimbo Manuel, Sadiq Baba, Richard Mofe Damijo, and Efa Iwara.
He has also appeared in other movies such as “Mom’s at War”, “The Wedding Party”, The Royal Hibiscus Hotel” and so on.
