Early Life
Iskra Lawrence was born September 11, 1990, in Wolverhampton, England. She was raised in Kidderminster, Worcestershire, where she went to Holy Trinity School, Kidderminster, Malvern St James, and Bomsgrove School.
Career
Iskra Lawrence became a model for the lingerie line brand Aerie, a brand of intimate apparel from American Eagle Outfitters in 2014, and announced her departure in 2021. She also became a model for the lingerie line brand Adore Me.
With 13 years of modelling to her credit, Lawrence completed her catwalk debut at New York Fashion Week for Chromat in 2016 and also walked in L’Oreal’s first fashion show at Paris Fashion week in 2017.
However, she was also chosen by American Eagle Outfitters alongside five other millenials for their Fall 3017 Jean campaign “The New American Jean.”
Lawrence was announced as a brand ambassador for Marina Rinaldi’s Persona collection campaign and as L’Oreal Princes Trust Ambassador in 2018.
