Hotyce whose real name is Emeka Ejechi is a Nigerian singer and songwriter born in Lagos.
Hotyce is the last born in the family of 7 children.
He grew up in Abuja where he had obtained a Bachelors degree in Economics at the University of Abuja.
He started rapping in secondary school with music influences from the likes of Snoop Dogg, Dr Dre and Sade Adu.
Hotyce came through professionally after moving down from Lagos to Abuja.
While being signed to K20 entertainment, he started dropping freestyles on Instagram before he finally puts out his debut album “Redhotycecold” vol 1.
He eventually came to limelight with the single “10 0 Clock in VGC” which was well accepted by music lovers and pundits alike.
Hotyce has worked on numerous singles with rapper Jesse Jagz such as “Dirty”, “Red Light”.
