A man of God with overflowing anointing, David Ibiyeomie is a popular Nigerian pastor, televangelist and founder of the Salvation Ministries in Port Harcourt, Nigeria.
David Ibiyeomie was born on October 21, 1962 in Bonny Island, Nigeria.
He attended Banham Primary School and Government Comprehensive Secondary School, for his primary and secondary education, both at Port Harcourt.
He also obtained a degree in Microbiology at the Rivers State. He also has a honorary Doctorate Degree in Divinity on May 15, 2004.

Ministry
David Ibiyeomie became a born again Christian in 1995 and later a Pastor and teacher of the gospel after discovering his divine calling.
His decision was influenced through the divine guidance to be trained under the servant of God, Bisop David Oyedepo. At that time, he had attended full time Bible School in the Word of Faith Bible Institute (WOFBI), an arm of David Oyedepo in 1995.
His vision to establish and run Church based ministry became clear to him while in the Bible School. David Ibiyeomie then started Salvation Ministries, the Home of Success on April 13, 1997 with a mandate to establish the Kingdom of God on earth.
With over 24 years in the ministry, David Ibiyeomie now pastors millions of worshipers around the world through his television ministry, online ministration and with over 350 satellite churches within and outside the country.
He also run an annual programme ‘5 Night of Glory’ which has metamorphosed into a global event.

Controversies
David Ibiyeomie was alleged to have been having an affair with the Nollywood actress, Iyabo Ojo by Kemi Omololu-Olunloyo in March 2017.
However, Olunloyo was arrested but was later released. Ibiyeomie had denied the allegations though.
