Daniel Kolawole Olukoya (July 15, 1957) is a Nigerian pastor, author and televangelist. He is well known as the founder of Mountain of Fire and Miracles Ministries (MFM). She has authored several books such as; Prayer Rain and Strange Enemies.

Early Life
Dr Daniel Olukoya was born in July 15, 1957 in Akure, Ondo state.
His father was a police officer while his mother a businesswoman.
He went to St. Jude’s Primary School, Ebute Meta, Lagos and Methodist Boys High School for his primary and secondary education respectively.
He obtained a first class degree in Microbiology from the University of Lagos and has a Doctorate degree in molecular genetics at the University of Reading.
Career
Olukoya had worked as a geneticist at the Nigerian Institute of Medical Research (NIMR) before he later established the Daniel & Fola Biotechnology Foundation, a registered NGO, to train Nigerian citizens in molecular biology and biotechnology.
Founder of Mountain of Fire and Miracles Ministries
He founded the Mountain of Fire and Miracles Ministries (MFM) in 1989 in Lagos State.
Aside being a pastor, he is also an author of several books which are published by Battle Cry Ministry and a regular columnist of Fire in the World, an MFM fortnightly publication.
About MFM
Mountain of Fire and Miracles Ministries was founded by Olukoya in his room. It has since grown and expanded with branches in more than 100 countries across the globe which include Africa, Europe, Asia and the American continent. It boast of more than 10,000 branches in Nigeria.
However, the church has a prayer city that can accommodates up to 100,000 members for its special prayer and deliverance program which is held once a month. It also owns its private university, Mountain Top university as established in 2015 in Makogi Oba, Ogun State, Nigeria.
The Ministry also MFM TV, a christian networks for spreading it messages and sermons across the globe.

Personal Life
Olukoya got married to his wife Folashade Olukoya in 1986 and their union is blessed with a son named, Elijah Toluwani.
About Mrs Shade Olukoya
Mrs Shade Olukoya was born into the family of Mr and Mrs George F. Adesanya as the 5th of 7 children. She was raised in a Christian family who attended Christ Apostolic church. Her father, George, was a Marine Engineer with the Nigerian Ports Authority.
She went to Surulere Baptist School, Modupe Johnson for her primary education and for her secondary education, she went to Reagan Memorial Baptist Girls secondary school, Yaba. She obtained a Diploma in Fine arts and Interior Decoration and a Bachelor of Arts degree Darnley Career Academy, London, Uk, a college of Arts, Fashion and Textile design.
She is a creative and talented artist. She is a specialist music performer, a soloist who performs hymns and different genres of Christian music.
She is also the International Coordinator, MFM Women’s Foundation, a foundation which was established to empower women in the church through adult literacy education and skill acquisition in training programmes.
