Agunbiade Daniel Damilola popularly known with the stage name, Danagog, is a Nigerian Afro-pop singer and songwriter born on March 23.

Danagog was born in Ile-Ife, Osun State to Hon. Olamike Omoworare (The first female Deputy Speaker in Nigeria).

He attended St. Claires Nursery & Primary School, Osogbo and Our Lady & St Francis Catholic College, Osogbo, Ogun State.

He obtained a Bachelors degree in Computer Science at Bowen University, Iwo, Osun State.

Career

Danagaog started his music career in 2007.

With musical influence from the likes of Bobby Brown, P.Diddy, King Sunny Ade and so on, he has been able to develop his passion for music.

He was an independent artist for a while before he met wiht the Nigerian pop star, Davido in USA and then relocated back to Nigeria where he got signed under HKN Music.

Danagog has numerous hit singles and mix-tape but came to limelight with the song “Hookah” which received lots of massive airplay.

He also has 2 albums to his credit; Afro-beats Culture and Dat Way.

Aside being a singer, he’s also an entrepreneur who owns a clothing line called “GOG” (Grace of God).
