Adesua Etomi is a Nigerian actress who rose to fame after featuring in the movie “Knocking on heaven’s door”.
Early Life And Background
The actress was born on February 22nd 1988 in Owerri, Imo state, to a soldier father who is from Esan, Edo state and a Yoruba mother who is a Civil Engineer.
The talented actress who is the youngest of her siblings, attended Corona School Victoria Island for her primary education and also attended Queens college, Lagos for her secondary education before moving to the United Kingdom.
She obtained a diploma in “Physical theatre, musical theatre and performing arts from City College Coventry.
It will interest you to know that she got distinction in all the three courses after which she studied drama and performance at the University of Wolverhampton, graduating with a first class honours.
Career
Just after all her courses abroad, she returned back to Nigeria with the intention of visit for three months but had to stayed back as she was welcomed with open hands into the Nollywood scene.
She performed in several stage plays like; Secret lives of bab segi’s wives, Saro, Shattered, Anatomy of a woman, the Crucible, Fractile, Not my cup of tea and so on.
The actress who revealed she got her first lead role in the movie “Knocking on heaven’s door” has also featured in some other notable films such as; A Soldier’s story, Out Of Luck and Couple of days.
She also played Shiela in the fourth and fifth season of the television sopa opera, Shuga.
Marital Life
They later got engaged in May 2017, had their traditional wedding in November 19th, court wedding on the 20th of the same month and finally had their white wedding in November 25th 2017 in Capetown, South Africa.
