Yvonne Jaqueline Strzechowski popularly known as Yvonne Strahovski is an Australian actress and playwright born on July 30, 1982.
Strahovski was born and raised in Werrington Downs, Sydney, New South Wales to parents who emigrated from Poland. Her father, Piotr Strzechiwski, an electric engineer while her mother, Bozena, a laboratory technician.
She attended Santa Sabina College and obtained a degree from University of Western Sydney’s Theatre Nepean.

Career
Strahovski started acting at the age of 12 where she played Viola in the school production of Twelfth Night.
She made her acting debut in a small part in th TV series “Double the Fist” which was followed up with a recurring role of Freya Lewis in Headland.
Strahovski is known for her roles as CIA Agent Sarah Walker in the NBC spy drama series Chuck, Hannah Mckay in the showtime drama series Dexter and also stars as Serena Joy Waterford in the Hulu drama series The Handmaid’s Tale.
She is also notable for other movies such as Killer Elite, The Astronaut Wives Club, Manhattan Night, The Predator and so on. She also voiced Miranda Lawson in the Mass Effect video game series and Batwoman in the animated superhero film Batwoman: Bad Blood.

Strahovski got married to her partner of six years, Tim Loden. She gave birth to her first child, a boy in October 2018.
