Early Life
Trinidad Cardona was born in Phoenix, Arizona, United States on the 21st day of May 1999. He is of mixed ethnicity; of Mexican and African-American ancestry.
His father was sent to prison when he was barely four years old while his mother remarried. He was provided with a liberal education while he also took refuge in music.

Career
Cardona developed more passion for music at the age of 16. He was into dancehall music before he delved into R&B with music influences from the likes of Vybz Kartel, Popcaan and Tommy Lee.
He released the clip “Jennifer” on the internet and was shared on facebook by the music star, Kelly Rowland and that made him more popular.
He released his first EP which had tracks like “Jennifer”, “Ready” and “You Are Mine”. The accompanying video for “Jennifer” which was directed by Yung Pedro, had up to 40 million views on YouTube.
He came to limelight for his song “Dinero” under Island records. The song was released in 2018, with production credit from D’Mile and Willstrumentals. He followed up with the release of “Even If” and “Call Me Back”.
He released two songs in 2019, “Solo” and “Tired” and in 2020, he released a cover of “Intentions” by Justin Bieber.
Cardona was dropped from Island records in 2018 after his previously released albums failed to top charts. He began to do odd jobs while being hopeful for his music career. He worked as a food delivery driver in early 2021 before his song “Dinero” went viral on the Tik Tok app.
He re-signed with Island records and began to be heard once again. His song “Dinero” was accompanied with different dance challenges on the Tik Tok platform.
The year 2022 marked a new beginning for Trinidad Cardona as he teamed up with the Nigerian music star, Davido and the Qatari musician, Aisha, to record the official theme song for the 2022 world cup in Qatar. The song which is titled “Hayya Hayya (Better Together)” sees the American singer and the Nigerian singer switch verses and chorus.
