Terry Daniel Akewe (born on May 27, 1999) with the stage name as Terri (often called Starboyterri), is a Nigerian singer and songwriter. Terri came limelight for his amazing verse on Wizkid’s single “Soco” which also features the likes of Spotless and Ceeza Milli.

Early Life
Terri was born on May 27, 1999 in Ifako-Ijaye, Lagos and originally hails from Edo State part of Nigeria. He is the eldest in a family of four children born to his parents.
He also attended the prestigious University of Lagos where he majored in Marine Insurance.
Career
Terri started singing in secondary school where he became part of the music group which won the 2013 City People Talent Hunt.
Prior to fame, he had sued the name Stoned Teezy where he released a 5 track extended play project titled “Outchea”.
Everything soon turned out well for Terri after recording a cover of DJ Jimmy Jatt and Wizkid‘s single “Oshe” and paosted it online. It caught Wizkid’s attention which later saw him signed into Starboy entertainment record label in February 2018.

Terri soon came through with his debut single “Soco” which became a hit song in Nigeria. The song features the label boss, Wizkid alongside, Spotless and Ceeza Milli.
He further gained exposure with the release of his hit single “Ojoro” as produced by Sarz. The song was accompanied with a music video that boast of thousands of views on YouTube.
