Born Taha Abdi Ali on July 1, 1998 in Stockholm, Sweden. His parents emigrated from Somalia during the Somali Civil War in the 1990s and they settled in Stockholm where Ali was born.
Career
Taha Ali began his career at the youth level with Spånga in 2006 before joining Sundbyberg in 2013.
He made his senior debut for Sundbyberg in 2017 and from 2018 to 2021, he played for clubs like IFK Stocksund, Sollentuna, and Örebro SK.
He went on loan to Västerås SK in 2021 before signing for Helsingborg in 2022 in a four-year contract. He later joined Malmö FF in 2023 and won the Allsvenkan with the club in 2023.
At the International scene, he played six matches for the Swedish national futsal team between 2018 and 2019.
