Early Life & Education
Ankobiah was born on May 18, 1983 and raised in Accra, Ghana. She originally hails from Asante Bekwal.
She is the third in a family of four children born to her parents; Naval Captain IK Ankobiah (Rtd) and Mrs Rita Ankobiah.
She attended Tema arents Association School and later studied at the Services Basic School.
She also studied International and Commercial Law, while majoring in World Trade, at the University of Buckingham. She returned to Ghana and went to Ghana School of Law. She became a Barrister at Law in 2013.
Career
Sandra started her career as a model, having walked and posed for the likes of Kofi Ansah, Mina Evans, Mai Atafo, Vonne Couture, Duaba Serwaa, Wang Sambo and many others.
She came into the fashion and celebrity scene at the age of 19.
She emerged first runner up at Miss Ghana beauty pageant in 2002 and had emerged third after representing Ghana at the Miss ECOWAS pageant in the same year.

As an entrepreneur, she is the founder of TV production company, Emerald Paradise Enterprise and also the co-founder of SN Media Learning Tree, a provider of practical media training in Accra.
She is also the co-ordinator for The Legal Advocacy Foundation and was also appointed in 2016 by the Ministry of Youth and Sports as an ambassador for women’s football in Ghana. She’s focused on raising funds and creating awareness for the women’s game.
