Pape Daouda began his career in Senegal where he play for AF Darou Salem in Dakar. He is set to join Chelsea in June 2024 as agreement has been set out as a result of international regulations.
However, he was a guest of the club alongside Kendry Paez, at their EFL Cup match against Newcastle United in December 2023.
At the international scene, he represented Senegal at the 2023 FIFA U-17 World Cup where he played in all four of the matches before they lost to France.
He was called up to the senior team on September 9, 2023, for the 2023 Africa Cup of Nations qualification match against Rwanda which ended in a 1-1 draw.
