Born Olufisayo Olaoluwa Aina on October 8, 1996, is a Nigerian professional footballer who plays as a wing-back for both the Italian club side, Torino and Nigerian national team.
Ola Aina was born and raised in Southwark, London, England.
He is the brother of Jordan Aina (Chelsea FC U18).
He has a height of 5 feet 9 inches and has been known with his energetic performance on field.
Ola Aina started his football career with the Chelsea youth team and has represented the English club side at the under-18s, under-19s, and under-21’s levels.
He also played at the senior level with Chelsea before he was loaned to Championship side, Hull City. He made his debut on the opening day of the season in a 1-1- draw away to Aston Villa. He also scored the only goal in a 1-0 victory against Blackburn Rovers in the third round of the FA Cup on January 6, 2018.
Aina later joined Italian club side, Torino on a season long loan after signing a new three year deal with Chelsea.
However, on June 11, Torino had triggered Aina’s option to permanently transfer from Chelsea for a reported fee of £9 million.
Aina had also represented England at the under-16, under-17, under-18, under-19 and under-20 levels before making his way to the Nigerian National team.
Ola Aina made his way into thew team for the 2019 AFCON in Egypt, He played the first match against Burundi where he provided the assist to the only goal of the match.
