Nadia Ahmed Abdalla was born on December 13, 1991, and raised in Mombasa. She grew up in a conservative family. She was raised by her stepdad as her parents separated at a very tender age. She lost her mother to cancer in June 2020.

Her initiative, Ndoto Halisi, while partnering with international organizations like United Nations Populations Fund (UNPF), had seen her encourage the youths to pursue their dreams.

She is the author of the book, Of Dreams and Whatever. The book is to further amplify her need to bring a positive impact on society. She also launched a website dedicated to publishing good content from various writers across the country.

She also brought in other top women and leaders who share the same goals and ambition through her initiative. The initiative is also in line with another campaign, Kenya ni Mimi, a campaign meant to promote the One Kenya Agenda and empower the youths to take over leadership spaces.
