Ilebaye was born Ilebaye Precious Odiniya on May 9, 2001 in Okpo, Olamaboro local government area in Kogi State. She is precisely from Igala Tribe in Kogi State. She grew up in a Christian family. Her father, Hon Emmanuel Godson Odiniya is an Abuja based politician and a former Physical Health Education teacher at Government Secondary School Alloma Ofu in Kogi State, Nigeria.
She went to Federal Government Girls College for her secondary school education and proceeded to Salem University in Lokoja where she majored in Criminology and Security Studies.

Ilebaye developed passion for acting at a very tender age where she starred in the television series Papa Ajasco and Nnena and Friends.
She won the Finest Girl Democracy Nigeria 2021 (FGDN) Beauty Pageant in 2021.
