Early Life

Bishop Humphrey Erumaka was born on July 7 and originally hails from Amibo Ubakala Umuahia South Local Government Area of Abia State.

He trained as a journalist while he majored on Advanced Writing and International Relations at the Nigerian Institute of Journalism, Lagos, Nigeria. He also attended the Advance Leadership Training Institute at the Oral Roberts University, Oklahoma, USA, in 2005.

He was awarded an honorary doctorate degree in Literature for his contribution to Christian education via Literature by the International Council of Great Britain Bibke Institute, in 2000.

Career

Biahop Humphrey is well known as the presiding Bishop and general overseer of the Word Base Assembly.

He came into full time ministry in 1988. He is a preacher of the word with several life changing messages which include; A City without foundation, Apostles in the market place, If only you were here and many others.

In what started as a small church, now boast of other branches in Ejigbo and Magodo, Lagos. It also has branches in Owerri and Umuahia.

He has written over 10 books of which one of them titled “Restoring Man’s dignity” won the triumphant award in North Carolina, USA. He also has other books such as; Divine Power Deposits, Era of Errors, Sustainable Friendship, Heaven Assured Grace and so on.
