Gideon Okeke is a talented Nigerian actor, model and TV presenter born on July 23, 1983.
Gideon rose to fame after participating in the first edition of Big Brother Nigeria and he’s also known for his role as Philip Ade Williams in the TV series “Tinsel”.
He grew up in Ajegunle area of Lagos state as the only child of his parents.
Gideon obtained a degree in Applied Bio-Chemistry at the Nnamdi Azikwe Unieversity and also obtained a professional training in Acting at the Lee Strasberg Institute in New York.
Just after his exit from the Big brother Nigeria, Okeke joined the cast of th M-NET television series “Tinsel” and has remained one of the longest serving actors on the show.
Gideon appeared on the South African TV series “Jacobs cross” and also a role in the Irokotv series “Poisoned Bait” as directed by BAFTA LA award winning director, Leila Djansi.
Okeke got his first lead role in the movie “Relentless” in 2010 alongside Jimmy Jean-Louis and Nneka Egbuna. Ever since he came to limelight, he has starred in other movies such as 93 days, A place in the Stars, When Love Happens and so on.
As a TV presenter, Gideon was the host of the DSTV game show “Money Drop”.

Gideo Okeke is a single father to daughter born in March 2016. He later got married to Chidera Uduezue in 2018. His wife worked as a talent scout model manager for Catch 22 model management.
