Early Life
Flo Milli was born as Tamia Monique Carter on January 9, 2000 in Alabama where she also grew up and had attended her high school. Her mother’s name is Monique Danielle while her father’s name is not known.
Career
Flo Milli had passion for music at the very early age where she wrote her first song at the age of 9 and began rapping at the age of 11. She grew up listening to the likes of Anthony Hamilton, Erykah Badu and Jill Scott.
She started releasing music in 2015 where she came up with her first solo song titled “No Hook”.
She rose to fame for her hit singles “In The Party” and “Beef FloMix” which went viral on the video sharing platform, Tik Tok.
She got signed to RCA Records and came through with her debut mixtape, Hi, Why is you here?, on July 24, 2020. She also released the singles; My Attitide, Not Friendly and Eat It Up, in 2020.
Flo Milli got featured on the remix of Saygrace single “Boys Ain’t Shit”, in August 2020 and by 2021, she released her single “Roaring 20s”.
