Early Life
Fancy Acholonu was born on July 26, 1993 in the United States to parents from the Igbo tribe. She is from Imo State, Southeastern part of Nigeria.
She went to Downey High School and obtained a degree in Business Administration from Los Angeles City College. She also enrolled for a certification course in Event Management.
Career
Acholonu started her career as a model at the age of 16. She did fashion runways and commercials in Los Angeles.
She is also a talented actress with roles in movies such as; Ginas Journey: The Search for Williams Grimes, Returning to Live, Living to Run.
She has acted alongside the likes of Petrie Willink, Corey Kirk, Carole Jefferson, Michelle Farias, Mark Hatfield, Tommy Nash and many others.
As an entrepreneur, she is the CEO of Fancy Kidz, a modelling and acting school and owner of ZODIACAA which is a store of jewelries, apparels and other accessories.
Personal Life
Acholonu recently called off her engagement with Alexx Ekubo, a Nollywood actor.
They got engaged in May 2021 with the traditional wedding scheduled to hold on November 20, 2021 at Imo State and the church wedding on November 27 in Lagos State.
However, just three months down the line both decided to go their separate ways and in what seem to be a rumor after they deleted their joint Instagram account, Fancy finally took to her Instagram page to confirm the rumors that the engagement has been called off.
