Deborah Anugwa is a Nigerian actress and fashion designer known for her role as Sekinat on the Africa Magic television series “Hustle” alongside Maurice Sam and Uzor Osimkpa.
She is a native of Abia state and studied Education management at University of Ibadan, Lagos campus.
Deborah Anugwa Started acting a tender age in church while participating in stage performances and dramas until she was called by a friend for a role in Fuji House.
She eventually got the support of her family especially her elder brother for her acting career even though it wasn’t that easy at first.
Deborah made her first acting debut on screen in 2011 in a television commercial before her career kicked off in 2012 where she starred in both Igbo and English language television series.
Deborah Anugwe won the best actress in a comedy at the Africa Magic Viewers Choice Awards, a category which had the likes of Sola Sobowale and Kate Henshaw.
