Early Life
Born Busola oke on July 23, as the 4th child into the family Mr and mrs Oke. She attended University of Lagos Staff Nursery and Primary School where her father was a lecturer. She proceeded to Jss Lanranto Katako Jos and later to Reagan Memorial Baptist Girls Se ondary School Lagos.
She went to Evangel Institute of Catering and Secretariat school and also majored in Mass Communication at the University of Lagos. She also attended one of the most prestigious music schools at the U.K.
Career
Busola Oke began her music career professionally in 1998 and quickly rose to fame for her soundtrack “Eleyele”.
Ever since she came to the limelight, she has continued to thrill her fans with her musical prowess and captivating delivery.
She already boast of more than 9 albums to her credit which include; Moyege, Ayanmo, Eleyele, Asoromatase, Alabarin, Aseyori, My Love, Afefe Ire, Temiloluwa, Onala and her latest Oburo.
The project “Oburo” is a 9 track thriller with a special inspirational rendition titled “Music Sins” which is a fast tempo roller coaster. Some of her other exciting songs on the project are “Missing you”, “Pemi Sori ago”, “Gbemi desire”, “Mafia won mi and “My Birthday”.
Eleyele who left the music scene for a while due to her marriage after leaving for abroad, made mention (according to Punch) that she has relocated finally to Nigeria and she is ready to face music.
