Early Life & Background
Anto Neosoul was born on November 9, 1985 in Kawangware, Nairobi.
He was raised by his mother, a teacher and his father a theologian, alongside his 3 siblings.
He attended Lavington Primary School and High School in Upper Hill School.
He also studied Broadcast Journalism at the University of Nairobi.
Career
Anto began to develop passion for music at a very tender age. He had perfromed for the then late Cardinal Maurice Otunga the the Rtd. Kenyan president Daniel Toroitich Arap Moi when he was just 11 years old.
He formed his band ‘Paragasha’ in 2009 when he saw the need to perform his music live.
He also came through with his debut album “STARBORN” which has been one of his major project. He released a powerful EP “Black Bohemian” which comprises of hit singles such as Closer, Sensimilia, Sijafika Mwisho and so on.

He also became a co-host alongside Anita Nderu on Teen Republic, a teen lifestyle TV show on Kenyan’s NTV.

Personal Life
Neosoul wwas rumored to be gay, an allegation which he denied where he revealed that he is not into men at all and also ladies often run to him. He made it known that the claims came up because he had refused what those men offered him.
