Devon Windsor was born on March 7, 1994 in St. Louis, Missouri, United States to parents Lisa Windsor and Charles Windsor. She also has a sister named Alexandra.

Career
Windsor began modeling at the age 14 after being discovered by St. Louis fashion photographer Suzy Gorman. She signed with West Model & Talent Management in 2008, where she started doing modeling jobs for St. Louis publications and fashion shows.
Devon joined Vision Model Management in 2009 and 2010, she signed with IMG Models in New York. After she completed her high school education in 2012, she moved to Europe and worked with IMG Milan and IMG London. She worked with magazines like Bullett, Punkt, Creem, and Gioia.
