Constadinos Constostavlos (born June 11 1987) professionally known as Dappy, is a popular British rapper, singer, songwriter, record producer and media personality. He came to prominence as the lead singer for the Camden-based hip hop and grime group, N-Dubz, alongside his cousin Tulisa and Fazer. He became known for his hit single “No Regrets”. He is also identified for his usual trademark of wearing selection of woolly chullos, often called Dappy hats.

Early Life
Dappy was born on June 11, 1987 in Camden, London, England. He grew up in Camden Town, North London, alongside his older brother, Spiros, with their Greek parents.
His father Byron Constostavlos, was from Cyprus while his mother, Zoi Agorou is from Sparta. His father died on April 12, 2007
Career
Dappy made a recurring appearance on the television show, Never Mind the Buzzcocks in November 2007, December 2008 and November 2009, respectively.
He had a cameo appearance on K.I.G’s music video for “Head, Shoulders, Kneez and Toez” and Gracious K’s “Migraine Skank” music video.
He became known as the lead singer of the group N-Dubz alongside Tulisa and Fazer. There was a rumour that that band had split in August 2011 but Dappy debunked the rumour while saying that they only had a break.
However, the three members of the bans decided to embark on solo career as Dappy got signed with Takeover Entertainment Ltd.
He came through as a guest artist on label mate Tinchy Stryder’s single “Spaceship” and also released the song “No Regrets” as his debut single while featuring band mate, Fazer.
The success of his first single had attracted lots of attention in the media and thus following up with his second single titled “Rockstar” while featuring guitarist, Brian May, as released on February 26, 2012.
Dappy released his album “Bad Intentions” in 2012 which comprises of exciting singles such as; Come With Me, Good Intentions and The Wanted.
He released the singles ” Beautiful Me”, on March 29, 2015 and “Money Can’t Buy” in September 2015, before eventually releasing his first independent EP, Eros Apollo, on December 25, 2015.
He released two singles “Hip Hip Hooray” and “Kiss”, in 2016 via independent label/management partnership called LEZ Music Corp.

Dappy released the track “Straight Facts”, in July 2017, under a new management deal with PlayDirty Manager Vash, who also manages Krept and Konan. Still under PlayDirty Management, he released the second single “Spotlight” in October 2017.
He collaborated with Ay Em on the single “Oh My”, as released in 2018, and also a collaboration with Tory Lanez in 2019, on the single titled “Not Today”.
