She is the grand daughter of Teresa Gutierrez and the niece of Miguel Varoni.
She has a sister named Jordana Issa, who also acted in the Spanish Language telenovela, El Clon.
She went to Escuela National de Arte Teatral in Mexico where she studied acting.
