Kristy Swanson was born on December 19, 1969 in California, United States to parents Robert Swanson and Rosemary Swanson.
Career
Swanson developed passion for acting at a tender age of 9. She started to show up in several commercials with her first job in the doll house commercial.
Prior to fame, she began having numerous one-off appearances in TV series which include Cagney and Lacey and Alfred Hitchcock Presents.
She debuted on big screen in 1986 with Pretty in Pink and Ferris Bueller’s Day. The same year, she came through with her first starring role in Deadly Friend.
She appeared on several television series in 1990 which include Knots Landing and Nigtingales. During this period, she also made some appearances in films like Buffy The Vampire Slayer, The Chase, The Program and Hot Shots!
In the year 2000, Sawnson appeared in the film Big Daddy and also featured on Dude, Where’s my car?.
Aside acting, she graced the cover of Playboy magazine in November 2002 and also won the 2006 Fox television program Skating with Celebrities.
