Early Life

Bailly who is originally a native of Bagante in the West region of Cameroon, was born in Kumba, Cameroon into a religious family.

She went to Sacred Heart Kumba South West region for her primary education and had attended Baptist Secondary School-Kang Barombi and Deligent Bilingual College- Kumba for her secondary education.

She and her family relocated to France at the age of 12 where she continued her studies.

Career

Blanche began to have passion for music while she was in France. She decided to pursue her dream of being a recording artist and performer while in France before she eventually moved to the UK.

She met with the Cameroonian based producer Mr Elad who wrote her first official single ‘Kam we stay” released in 2016 with a production assistance from Philbillbeatz.

She also came through with another collaboration with the producer Philbillbeatz in 2017 on the single “Mimbayeur” which also featured the talented rapper, Minks.

Blanche became a force to reckon with in the Central African Music scene while dropping hits back to back with songsb like; Bonbon, Dinguo, Ndolo, Argent and so on.

She already boast of numerous collaborations with the likes of Magasco, Minks, Pit Barcardi, Mr Leo, Daphne and so on.

Personal Life

Bailly welcomes a baby boy on July 27, 2020 in Paris, France. She named her son, Jayden.

Awards & Nominations

Blanche Bailly won the Revelation of the year at Balafon Music Awards in 2016.

She has got numerous nominations for her effort which include the likes of ; Best Female Artist at the 2018 Best Female Central Africa Award (AFFRIMA) and Best Female Artist at the 2018 Best Urban and Revelation of the Year Award.
