Bandile Edgar Wallace Masuku (born in 1970s) simply known as Bandile Masuku, is a popular South African medical doctor politician. As a medical practitioner, he has worked with several hospitals and as a politician, he is well known for his energetic activism.

Early Life
Bandile Masuku was born in 1970s in Soweto, South Africa where he also grew up.
He attended Sekano-Ntoane Secondary School where he began his youth activism.
He obtained a degree in Medicine at the Sefako Health Sciences University.
Career
He has worked as an Obstetrician and Gynecologist in numerous hospitals in South Africa which include; Charlotte Maxeke Johannesburg Academic Hospital, Chris Hani Baragwanath Hospital and Pholosong Hospital. He became the Director of the Obstetrics and Gynecology unit at the Thelle Moherane Regional Hospital in Vosloorus, Gauteng.
Bandile was appointed as the spokesperson of the African Nation Congress Youth League in 2013. He was also appointed to the Gauteng Provincial Government where he became member of its legislature on May 22, 2019. However, seven days later, he was appointed as Member of the Executive Council (MEC) for Health.
Moreover, Bandile and his wife was instructed by the ANC PEC on July 29, 2020, to step aside on the basis of financial misappropriation.

Bandile Masuki got married to Loyiso Masuku. He is a father to three boys. His wife is also an ANC Municipal Councilor in the Metropolitan Municipality at Johannesburg.
