Nigerian singer, Naira Marley has been granted a bail of 2 million naira at the Federal high court sitting in the Ikoyi area of Lagos State.
Justice Nichola Onweibo has imposed 2 million naira bail on the artiste with two sureties in like sum. The first surety must be a civil servant from grade level 10 while the second surety must have landed property.
Trial has been adjourned to October 22-24.
However, his counsel, Olalekan Ojo, SAN had expressed satisfaction with the ruling while saying the terms are liberal.
The EFCC arraigned him last week before Justice Nicholas Onweibo where he pleaded not guilty to an 11-count charge bordering on cyber crime.
