Zainab Balogun was born on October 10, 1989 in London, England to a Nigerian parents where she was raised with large extended family in Clapham, a district of South West London.
Zainab is originally a native of Abeokuta in Ogun state and had attended Sacred Heart RC Secondary School for her secondary education.
She also attended Christ the King Sixth Form College where she completed her A Levels in Law, Psychology and English Language & Literature. She obtained a Bachelor of Law degree at the University of Kent in Medway.
Career
Zainab began as a model at the age of 16. After obtaining her law degree, she stated to appear in shows such as BBC One’s Material Girl, Bollywood movie Cocktail and The Charlatans by Aashley Waters.
Balogun is also a television presenter and host shows for the entertainment television network, EbonyLife TV. She has produced shows such as EL Now, a daily entertainment news shows for the latest in fashion, music and arts. She also host a daily hang out talk show ‘The Spot’ alongside Ebuka Obi-Uchendu and Lamide Akintobi.
Personal Life, Marriage
Balogun who often splits her time betwen England and Nigeria, got married on May 13, 2018, to the founder and CEO of JetWest Airways, Dikko Nwachukwu.
