 Workers and pensioners at the Abia State Univesity Teaching Hospital, ABSUTH embarked on a warning strike on Monday
 Workers and pensioners at the Abia State Univesity Teaching Hospital, ABSUTH embarked on a warning strike on Monday
over seven months unpaid salaries by the management of the hospital.

However, workers displayed placards with inscriptions such as; “Our pensioners are all dying please remember them”, “Workers deserve this wages why not pay them”, “We were intentionally denied bail-out fund and up to date no payment to any pensioner in ABSUTH”

The protest took place in front of the University Teaching Hospital.
